Architects:

The factory of counters isn't functioning anymore, however this factory is situated in a very enchanting place - close to the Oldtown, area of Užupis, Vilnelė river, Kūdrų park. There are a lot of interesting examples in contemporary European architecture, when industrial buildings are converted into multifunctional complexes, inhabited by creative industries like advertisement companies, designers, architects, photo/tv studios, editorials, public relations' companies, galleries etc. Preparing architectural visions, we considered necessary infrastructure (parking lots, environment, local public space), distinctive genius loci, attracting certain tenants, variety of blocks for rent (50-1000m² or more), phasing, predicting further development of the site, but creating all the circumstances, so the fragments of the complex can functioning independently.
