A long-abandoned late 19th-century historicist apartment building in Užupis has been reconstructed, preserving its valuable features while adapting the building to meet the needs of modern urban residents. A two-level underground parking garage was built beneath the entire courtyard, new balconies were added to the courtyard façade, shaping the building's courtyard appearance. At the same time, old tile stoves in the apartments were carefully restored, fragments of 19th-century stenciled paintings were preserved and other valuable elements of the building were retained.
